Job Type: Full-Time | Field WorkKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies
• Manage promotional campaigns and brand activations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Lead and motivate the field marketing team

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in field marketing or sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
