About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and supporting sales growth through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Lead Generation: Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads) to drive qualified leads.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging, design, and storytelling.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee creation of blogs, case studies, videos, and social media content to enhance online presence.
  • Performance Marketing: Track ROI across digital channels, optimize campaigns, and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors, identify trends, and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Event & Partnership Management: Organize marketing events, webinars, and collaborate with external partners for co-branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing (preferably in tech, AI, or SaaS domain).
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing small marketing teams or agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
