Marketing Manager

Summary:

Goken India is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive and accelerate Goken's global marketing efforts. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong strategic mindset, a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to collaborate across global teams in the US, Japan, and India. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning Goken as a globally recognized brand by leveraging modern marketing technologies and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• • Global Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated global marketing strategies that strengthen Goken's brand presence in the US, Japan, India, and other key markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Development, Strategy, and Delivery teams across all divisions of Goken to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Growth Marketing: Drive measurable growth through digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and targeted outreach.
  • Market Research & Insights: Track industry trends, client segments, and competitors to provide actionable insights and maintain a strategic edge.
  • Content & Brand Management: Lead content creation for social media, case studies, website updates, and internal branding efforts — ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Prepare quarterly marketing performance reports using data from LinkedIn, Google Analytics, website traffic, and other channels to influence strategy.
  • Campaign Design & Execution: Conceptualize, design, and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to performance measurement — using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and PowerPoint.
  • Technology-Driven Marketing: Leverage new technologies, automation tools, and AI-based analytics to optimize marketing efficiency and reach.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring that Goken's values and identity are clearly reflected in all marketing activities.
  • Case Studies & Collateral: Work closely with internal teams to develop impactful case studies, success stories, and client-facing materials.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Marketing specialization preferred).
  • 8–12 years of proven experience in growth and global marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing global marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, marketing automation tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and functions.
  • Experience in the automotive or engineering services industry preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
