About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable outcomes.
Objectives of this role
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experience with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
