Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, digital marketing strategies, and B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT solutions, software products, and services.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT industry.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website performance, social media engagement, and brand consistency.
- Plan and manage participation in tech events, webinars, product launches, and client engagement activities.
- Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present insights with recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Analytics, etc.).
- Proven experience in lead generation and B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and results-driven approach.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with SaaS, software products, or IT services marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of UI/UX concepts and website optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
