Job Title: Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager – India

Role Objective:

Lead and execute 360° marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels to strengthen brand visibility and ensure seamless campaign rollouts. The role will oversee end-to-end marketing execution, vendor coordination, and in-store marketing operations to deliver consistent brand communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Ensure timely rollout of content, promotional assets, and in-store branding across all locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-backed insights for optimization.
  • Maintain store WhatsApp catalogs, business profiles, and other digital touchpoints to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

2. Store Marketing & Visual Coordination

  • Oversee execution of in-store branding, display rollouts, and visual merchandising elements.
  • Maintain a centralized tracker of marketing assets and visual collaterals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for packaging, design updates, and customized store requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all store-level marketing materials.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Develop and manage monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards.
  • Track campaign budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
  • Document all marketing activities and maintain organized archives of assets and communication.

4. Website & Digital Platform Support

  • Coordinate with digital teams to ensure website content, product listings, pricing, and visuals are current and consistent.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across online platforms.

5. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, designers, and production partners.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for all outsourced work.
  • Maintain and update a database of freelancers, content creators, and strategic partners.

6. Creative & Content Development

  • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize creative assets for campaigns, social media, and in-store promotions.
  • Supervise and support photo and video shoots, including content planning and execution for brand storytelling.

7. Marketing Tools & AI Integration

  • Identify and leverage new marketing tools, technologies, and AI-driven solutions to improve campaign efficiency and measurement.
  • Explore automation tools for content scheduling, analytics, and creative development.

8. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide direction and guidance to junior marketing team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Retail, Operations, and Digital to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail or luxury brands
  • Proven track record in campaign management, brand execution, and vendor coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹65,605.97 per month
