Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kota branch.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain high service standards.
• Supervise and guide branch staff to achieve business and academic targets.
• Admissions & Sales:
• Drive student admissions through effective marketing strategies and local outreach.
• Achieve admission targets (individual and team-based).
• Generate leads through school/college visits, seminars, events, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor and support the counselling team to ensure high conversion rates.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote courses and brand awareness.
• Manage the institute’s social media presence — create, post, and analyse content performance.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team for creative assets and promotional materials.
• Organize events, workshops, and local tie-ups for brand visibility.
• Team Leadership:
• Train and motivate the marketing and admission team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
