WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute national and regional marketing campaigns for different MBBS batches (1st year to interns)
- Align campaign goals with user journeys from awareness to engagement to conversion.
Community & Content Management
- Maintain and grow Marrow’s community channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram).
- Curate daily content - quizzes, polls, reels, and engagement posts aligned with student mindset and academic cycles.
Creative Development
- Conceptualise and produce high-impact marketing creatives and reels using Canva and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Marrow Marvels, student influencers, and zonal/regional teams, as well as cross-functional teams, to maintain a consistent and unified brand voice across all initiatives.
Regional & College-Level Marketing
- Customise communication for different regions (South, North, West, East) and coordinate local activations.
- Develop campus-level campaigns with college ambassadors and student influencers.
Performance & Insights
- Track engagement metrics and campaign ROI.
- Share insights to improve creative strategy and student experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
- Canva Mastery – Ability to design creatives and quick campaign assets independently.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in digital/community marketing or brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with the medical/edtech domain or student audience.
- Basic video editing or content scripting experience.
- Multilingual proficiency (South Indian languages preferred).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or community management.
- Generative AI Proficiency – Skilled in using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI tools for ideation, writing, and automation.
- Campaign & Communication Strategy – Understanding of student psychology and the ability to craft messages that resonate with young medicos.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
