About the Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, attract customers, and drive growth. You’ll work closely with management and creative partners to make Nourish a household name in the UAE’s vibrant dining scene.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels

Plan promotions, events, and collaborations that strengthen our brand identity

Oversee content creation, branding, and visual storytelling

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

Manage budgets and measure campaign performance

Requirements:

UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3+ years of experience in marketing or brand management (preferably in F&B or hospitality)

Strong communication, leadership, and creative skills

Passion for food, innovation, and connecting with people
