Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry, strong strategic thinking, and be a versatile performer capable of managing both online and offline campaigns, brand promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the brand and increase occupancy/sales.

- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.

- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to align marketing goals.

- Plan and implement seasonal offers, loyalty programs, and promotions.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

- Manage budgets and ROI analysis for marketing activities.

- Represent the brand in industry events, fairs, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing within the hospitality industry.

- Sound knowledge of hospitality market trends, customer preferences, and channels.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Versatile, creative, and result-driven mindset.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

- Experience in resort, hotel, or tourism marketing is a strong advantage.
