Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Leadership:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and IT to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and key stakeholders; manage multiple campaigns and ensure they stay on track, on budget, and on time.
  • Manage creative production and ensure all creative and messaging meet a high standard.

Marketing and Design Expertise:

  • Possess a background in digital marketing with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Marketing
  • Possess a background in creating ads, including print ads (magazine, flyer) or internal communications
  • Develop and execute effective online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Follow branding guidelines and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand strategy.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs115,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
