Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with potential corporate clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in the Agri or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel across regions as required.
