Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with potential corporate clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in the Agri or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel across regions as required.
