We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution that strengthens brand presence and drives measurable business growth. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-impact campaigns, generating qualified leads, and enhancing overall marketing performance. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic cross-functional team committed to innovation and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and KPI targets
  • Plan and execute omni-channel campaigns to expand market reach and increase lead generation
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective deployment of initiatives
  • Ensure that marketing messaging aligns with customer expectations and market needs
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and results
  • Work with technical and commercial teams to develop compelling content (articles, case studies, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Enhance website visibility and optimize for lead conversion
  • Drive audience engagement and conversions through SEO, social media, digital advertising, events, and publications
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels with strong editorial governance
  • Organize and support both virtual and in-person marketing events


Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, including inbound lead generation and digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications , or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
  • Solid campaign management experience, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
  • Customer-focused and results-driven approach
