Marketing Manager -DKG Diving Service LLC

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will drive the B2B marketing strategy for DKG Diving Service LLL, positioning the company as the premier, integrated provider of complex subsea and commercial diving solutions to the Maritime and Offshore Energy sectors. The role demands technical fluency in diving operations, strategic content development, and a strong focus on generating and nurturing high-value leads for complex and large-scale projects (e.g., Saturation Diving, UWILDs, Subsea Construction).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Service Line Marketing: Develop distinct marketing campaigns for DKG's core offerings:
  • Offshore Diving: Air, Mix Gas, and Saturation Diving services for complex Subsea Construction, IMR (Inspection, Repair, Maintenance), and Installation work in Oil & Gas.
  • Marine & Shipping: Promoting UWILD (Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Dry-docking) services, propeller polishing, hull cleaning, and class-approved repairs to Ship Owners, Managers, and Classification Societies.
  • Onshore/Civil: Targeting Port Authorities, EPC contractors, and Power Plants for services like Jetty IMR, block placement, and trenching.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitors, especially those offering Saturation Diving and major IMR capabilities in DKG's key operating regions (UAE, India, East Africa).
  • IMCA/Class Authority: Position DKG's adherence to IMCA, HSE, and IACS member standards (e.g., ABS, DNV GL, LR) as a key competitive differentiator and safety-focused value proposition in all communications.

2. Content & Digital Lead Generation

  • Technical Content Development: Work with Operations teams to create technically accurate and persuasive content including:
  • In-depth Case Studies on complex Saturation dives or large-scale UWILD projects.
  • White papers on niche services (e.g., advanced NDT, ERPS, Hydrographic Survey integration).
  • Service brochures and technical presentations for use in tenders and sales meetings.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the company's website (SEO/SEM) and LinkedIn strategy to attract high-quality prospects (e.g., Marine Superintendents, Subsea Engineers, Procurement Managers).
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage tools to segment leads based on their sector (Shipping, O&G, Training) and automate tailored communication flows.

3. Sales Enablement & Business Development Support

  • Proposal Support: Provide the Business Development team with high-impact, compliant marketing materials and presentations for large-scale tender and bid submissions.
  • Event Management: Identify, budget, and manage DKG's presence at key international and regional industry events (e.g., Offshore conferences, Marine Exhibitions) to maximize client engagement and lead capture.
  • Training Promotion: Develop promotional campaigns for DKG's Commercial Diving Training services, linking training with potential personnel supply opportunities for clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Marine/Subsea Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine Services, or Commercial Diving industry.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to speak confidently about Air, Mixed Gas, and Saturation Diving capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for international business communication.
  • B2B Tools: Marketing Automation, and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • MQLs/SQLs generated specifically for Saturation Diving and UWILD services.
  • Brand Awareness/Perception tracking within the target markets (Middle East, India, SE Asia).
  • Sales Conversion Rate of marketing-generated leads.
  • ROI on key industry events and digital campaigns.
