We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and branding functions across both online and retail channels. This role is perfect for a calibre who can combine big-picture strategy with hands-on execution and drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth across all platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing and branding strategy for both online platforms and retail stores across Egypt.
  • Guide & collaborate with a super talented in-house team, including media buyers, art directors, brand designers .. etc.
  • Build and maintain a strong and unified brand identity across all touchpoints — from packaging and photoshoots to social media and in-store visuals.
  • Propose new product ideas based on market insights, customer behavior, and performance analysis.
  • Contribute to pricing & promotions strategies, ensuring alignment with market positioning and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable ROI.
  • Lead collaboration with external marketing agencies to execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive growth.
  • Manage and enhance customer retention, focusing on increasing repeat purchases and acquiring new customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance data to identify opportunities and continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, retail, and technical office teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Support and lead market expansion plans, proposing new markets for growth inside and outside Egypt, and defining how the brand should be positioned to appeal to customers in each region.
  • Contribute to the company’s regional expansion, starting with our new store opening in Morocco, and help shape the brand’s international presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership & team management skills with the ability to inspire creative and analytical teams alike.
  • Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and retail marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behaviour, pricing dynamics, and performance analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in market expansion, positioning, and localization strategies.
  • Strong network and experience collaborating with marketing agencies and vendors.
  • A creative mindset combined with strategic vision and data-driven decision-making.
