We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager Marketing to lead the strategy, development, and execution of impactful brand marketing initiatives within our technology ecosystem. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of technology markets, capable of translating complex solutions into compelling stories that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling tech brands, managing data-driven campaigns, and mentoring marketing teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high-value content and campaigns tailored to enterprise tech audiences including IT leaders, developers, decision-makers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support product launches, and drive pipeline growth in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to craft compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies for new technology offerings.
  • Create and oversee high-impact content tailored for the tech audience.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI through data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on technology brands, enterprise SaaS/software, or complex digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to run digital campaigns at scale, drive high-quality lead generation, and optimize funnel conversion.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, automation tools, and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced, agile environments.
