Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content for print advertising, digital ads, and product promotions.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and measure performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) and e-commerce sectors.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
  • Manage budgets effectively to optimize ROI on all marketing activities while tracking campaign performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in content marketing, copywriting, email marketing campaigns, and analytics reporting.
  • Experience with advertising sales strategies including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and print advertising processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong research skills combined with the ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics for actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints.
