Marketing Manager

One of our key clients is looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing and branding initiatives to support our clients objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of consumer behaviour in the Beverage/FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans and strategies that align with overall business objectives and target sales growth.

Brand Management: Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all traditional marketing channels and materials, including packaging and promotional collateral.

Campaign Management: Plan and launch marketing campaigns using traditional media, such as print ads, television, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.

Trade Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and trade teams to develop and implement in-store promotions, secure optimal shelf space, and ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets.

Market & Consumer Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

Product Launches: Collaborate with product development teams to support the successful launch of new products in a competitive market.

Budget Management: Create and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Agency Management: Liaise with external advertising, design, and PR agencies to maintain relationships and execute campaigns effectively.

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns to senior management, using data to inform future activities.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor marketing, e-commerce, PR & events staff to foster improvement and manage cross-functional teams in the execution of brand strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion (at least 3-5 years) specifically within the Beverage/FMCG sector.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and effective marketing channels in the fast-paced Beverage / FMCG industry.
