We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth across digital and traditional channels.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute all marketing initiatives, including PR, social media, content production, lead generation, AI-powered media creation, and design collaboration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in exhibitions, events, or property/real estate marketing, paired with a strong graphic design background and a refined aesthetic aligned with luxury brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Maintain and enhance ElegantQubes’ premium brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to align messaging with business objectives.

PR & Communications

• Manage PR activities including press releases, media outreach, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to maximize exposure.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Social Media Management

• Lead strategy, content planning, and execution across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create visually compelling posts, reels, and stories showcasing exhibition projects and properties.
• Monitor analytics, optimize performance, and report on KPIs.

Content Creation & AI Media

• Oversee creation of high-quality content: photography, videography, motion graphics, and copywriting.
• Utilize AI tools for content ideation, automation, video editing, image enhancement, and campaign optimization.
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across digital and print assets.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (paid ads, landing pages, email marketing, CRM funnels).
• Manage digital advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Track metrics, conversion rates, ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Design & Creative Direction

• Leverage your graphic design background to guide creative output and ensure elegant, high-end visuals.
• Review and approve marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, booth visuals, and digital ads.
• Work closely with in-house designers and external agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within exhibitions, events, real estate, or property development.
• Strong background in graphic design and visual branding.
• Proven experience in PR, social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
