AEON Abaya is a fast-growing fashion and retail startup operating across design, production, e-commerce, and physical stores. We are building structure while scaling fast and are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can work in a dynamic startup environment.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, finance, and operations and be responsible to grow and scale AEON Abaya’s business in Kuwait and GCC. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, positioning, and strategies.

Maintain strong understanding of the Kuwait market: customer preferences, purchase drivers, and fashion trends

Track competitor pricing, promotions, product positioning, and media activity

Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel campaigns digital, social, email, content, events.

Develop annual marketing plan aligned with sales targets and expansion goals

Plan and execute promotional calendars (Ramadan/Eid, National Holidays, summer sales, back-to-school, year-end), Launch product campaigns and seasonal collections

Collaborate with sales teams to drive showroom traffic and improve conversion through marketing-led initiatives.

Create in-store marketing materials (POS, banners, offers, product highlights) to support sales closing.

Allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Conduct market research, analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to find opportunities.

Oversee content creation, ensuring brand consistency and voice across all touchpoints.

Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report findings and ROI to senior management.

Liaise with and manage external agencies and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing, sales and business development with start-up experience.
