Marketing Manager

Liberty Books is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across retail and digital platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, branding, and driving customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.)
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, campaigns, and brand activations
  • Manage social media presence and content calendars across all platforms
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with vendors, designers, and agencies for creative and promotional materials
  • Monitor marketing budgets and prepare performance reports
  • Support new store launches, events, and book fairs with promotional planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing (retail experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
