MARKETING MANAGER

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with significant experience in strategic marketing, digital initiatives, and brand growth. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. This role will drive marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable business results across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, online ads, email campaigns, and website activity.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, brand activations, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective spending.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, creative) and external agencies to ensure unified execution.
  • Mentor and lead marketing team members, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Proven significant experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role (typically 5+ years).
  • Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Local availability in Bahrain with immediate start capability.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative direction and team leadership experience.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects and external partner collaborations.
