- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Qatar F&B market, with a focus on restaurants and cafés.
- Create annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals, seasonal demand, and market trends.
- Identify target customer segments and define brand positioning for different outlets and concepts.
- Manage and strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Oversee menu branding, packaging, in-store branding, signage, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all outlets comply with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Google).
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations relevant to the Qatar market.
- Monitor online reviews, ratings, and customer feedback, responding strategically to enhance brand reputation.
- Manage online food delivery platform marketing visibility and promotions (where applicable).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions (Ramadan, National Day, summer, events).
- Coordinate in-store promotions, product launches, tastings, and customer engagement activities.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, customer behavior, and emerging F&B trends in Qatar.
- Identify opportunities for new menu items, concepts, locations, and partnerships.
- Support outlet launches, rebranding initiatives, and expansion projects.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to drive footfall, average ticket value, and customer retention.
- Develop loyalty programs, customer databases, and CRM initiatives to increase repeat business.
- Analyze sales performance and customer data to optimize marketing decisions.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Track marketing spend, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and printers.
- Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and event organizers.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and cost control across all external partners.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Qatar regulations, cultural norms, and municipality requirements.
- Stay updated on local advertising rules and platform policies.
