Marketing Manager

### *About the Role*

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly strategic *Marketing Manager* to lead end-to-end marketing efforts for a fast-growing deep-tech organisation operating at the intersection of *quantum computing and enterprise AI*.

This role requires strong B2B marketing expertise, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives, and hands-on experience in driving brand visibility, demand generation, and product marketing for advanced technology products. The ideal candidate blends *strategic thinking with tactical execution*, excels at multi-channel marketing, and can collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, and technical teams.

### Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and revenue targets.

Create distinctive brand positioning and messaging to set us apart in the quantum computing and AI markets.

Lead content marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and thought leadership articles.

Plan and implement demand generation campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google, industry publications, and programmatic advertising.

Oversee product marketing activities, including product launches, positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials.

Maintain and develop our website for optimal user experience, SEO, and conversion optimisation.

Coordinate event marketing for industry conferences, webinars, workshops, and customer events.

Build and manage public relations strategies, including media outreach, press releases, and analyst relations.

Create sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, demo scripts, and competitive battle cards.

Work alongside technical teams to translate complex quantum computing and AI concepts into clear, accessible messaging.

Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.

Track and analyse marketing metrics, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, website analytics, and campaign ROI.

Support social media strategy and executive thought leadership on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals, optimise lead handoff, and improve conversion rates.

### Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software companies.

Proven track record in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Strong skills in content creation and storytelling, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Experience with digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms.

Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.

Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse campaign performance and implement optimisations based on insights.

Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

International marketing exposure and understanding of global markets.

### Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience in marketing deep tech products, including AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced analytics solutions.

Background in a technical or scientific field, with the ability to understand and communicate quantum computing concepts.

Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.

Knowledge of the quantum computing ecosystem, AI landscape, and competitive dynamics.

Experience in marketing to technical audiences, such as data scientists, researchers, and engineers.

Strong design sensibility and experience with design tools or managing creative resources.

Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.

Proven track record of building marketing functions from early stages.
