The Loughin Real Estate Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing plan from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who has managed marketing within a small business, values structure and accountability, and understands how marketing directly supports listings, client relationships, and overall company growth.
This is not a partial or siloed role. You will lead and execute all marketing efforts across the organization, ensuring consistency, alignment, and measurable results. You will be responsible for developing a strategy, implementing systems, coordinating video production, managing social media, overseeing listing marketing, supporting lead generation, coordinating vendors, maintaining brand standards, and tracking performance.
The Marketing Manager oversees and optimizes the entire marketing ecosystem for the company. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once. You must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be driven by clear accountability and results.
