About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for our NFC Business Card and digital business solutions portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand positioning, driving lead generation, managing digital campaigns, and building strong market presence across B2B segments. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Define brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for NFC products.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Plan quarterly and annual marketing calendars with measurable KPIs.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Drive SEO, content marketing, and website optimization strategies.

Create and optimize lead funnels for B2B lead acquisition.

Monitor ROI, CAC, CPL, and overall campaign performance metrics.

3. Brand Management & Communication

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.

Oversee content strategy including website, social media, email marketing, and marketing collaterals.

Coordinate with design and content teams for creative campaigns and product launches.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Support sales team with pitch decks, presentations, and marketing materials.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and industry trends.

Analyze competitor strategies and identify differentiation opportunities.

Provide actionable insights for product improvements and campaign enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing (B2B preferred).

Proven track record in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and brand building.

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and marketing automation tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Experience in IT, SaaS, NFC, or tech-based product marketing is a plus.
