Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing Food & Beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, digital expansion, and revenue acceleration across retail and e-commerce channels.

This is a leadership role suited for a commercially minded marketing professional with strong digital expertise, e-commerce experience, and the ability to build structured marketing systems within a scaling organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through performance-driven campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and ROI optimization.

E-Commerce & Digital Growth

  • Lead all e-commerce operations (website, marketplaces, online distributors).
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, Youtube).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Improve online customer journey, conversion rates, and retention.

Brand & Content Management

  • Develop strong brand communication and product positioning.
  • Oversee content strategy across social media, website, and advertising.
  • Ensure consistent, premium brand presence across all channels.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs and develop dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Present structured reports to senior management.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Establish organized systems (calendars, trackers, dashboards, workflows).
  • Collaborate closely with sales, production, and management teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
  • 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience (FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred).
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (GA4).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build structured marketing systems in a growing organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
