Your Role

We are looking for an experienced, committed Marketing Manager, with the ability to take on 360-degree marketing responsibilities for our trade shows. This would involve an understanding and experience in event marketing, community marketing, strategy, implementing content marketing through social and email marketing channels, database management, managing barter collaborations, getting government support, supporting the sales team, analysing performance and tweaking strategies accordingly, managing a small team, and more.

You will also have to liaise with our Design, Sales, Conference and Operations teams, when required.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Define, map, and activate the event’s core target universe and priority audience segments to drive relevance and scale.
  • Conceptualise and execute a fully integrated marketing plan, including a structured drop schedule covering exhibitors, conferences, visitors, and ancillary/special events.
  • Deploy a multi-channel marketing approach, maximising existing platforms while identifying and testing new channels for reach and engagement.
  • Build audience personas and articulate clear value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to each segment.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver a comprehensive content calendar across all relevant marketing channels.
  • Ensure all event and show websites are current, accurate, and aligned with ongoing campaign messaging.
  • Lead database strategy and hygiene, enabling smarter targeting and improved campaign effectiveness.
  • Write, edit, and proofread all marketing communication in line with the agreed messaging hierarchy and content calendar.
  • Track, manage, and optimise marketing spend in line with the approved budget.
  • Review historical campaign performance and KPIs to inform data-led targeting and campaign optimisation.
  • Identify trends and performance patterns over time and translate insights into stronger future campaigns.
  • Monitor live campaign performance, deliver timely reports, and recommend tactical adjustments based on results.
  • Continuously optimise digital marketing initiatives using performance metrics and analytics.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to track, analyse, and report on campaign outcomes.
  • Coordinate the design, development, and production of all required marketing assets and collateral.
  • Support show teams with market intelligence, research, and pitch-ready collateral to enable strategic partnerships across government and private sector stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on exhibition or event marketing experience.
  • Overall 8-10 years of marketing experience across integrated campaigns.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, ownership mindset, and growth-oriented attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Practical experience with Google Analytics, Zoho, Mailchimp, and social media business management platforms.
  • Strong visual sensibility with a clear appreciation for high-quality copy and clever, effective communication.
  • Actively engaged with current trends, tools, and best practices in 360° marketing and performance measurement.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA / BSc / MSc / MBA) in Marketing or a related discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
