Role Overview

Purpose of Role

Own marketing strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, and sales enablement. Lead internal marketing resources and collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Responsible for planning, execution oversight, performance optimization, and Marketing–Sales alignment.

Strategic Marketing

Define overall marketing strategy, quarterly/monthly plans, brand positioning, and value messaging

Demand Generation

Own lead generation across Email, LinkedIn, Website & outbound channels; guide SDR activities; manage ABM campaigns; maintain campaign calendars

Email Marketing

Own email strategy including segmentation, nurturing flows, outbound campaigns, performance tracking and optimization

SEO & Website Oversight (Strategic)

Set SEO direction; review keyword strategy; monitor organic performance; coordinate with SEO, Developer & designer for optimization (execution handled by specialists)

Sales Enablement

Create pitch decks, collaterals, case studies; support enterprise deals; align marketing with sales pipeline stages

Content & Brand

Own content strategy; ensure consistent brand messaging; review content created by marketing executive & designer

Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, traffic, engagement); prepare leadership reports; optimize marketing effectiveness

Leadership & Operations

Manage marketing team, define workflows, coordinate vendors, drive continuous process improvement

Consistent flow of qualified leads to Sales

High-performing email and digital campaigns

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
