Marketing Manager

Main Job Description

  • Raising funds for all programs and projects of Roshni Homes Trust.
  • Implementation, and execution of the Zakat campaign at the National/Provincial level.
  • Developing Plans and team-based strategies (forecasting, strategy/concept/product development and product/marketing qualification for fundraising operations.
  • Analyze the business, in addition to financial, competitive and research analysis, and research planning.
  • Implementation, of specific programs at the National/Provincial level that will identify, solicit, involve, retain and multiply donors, and funds from Traditional/Non-traditional sources
  • Maintaining high levels of donors relationship marketing techniques- strategies at the National/Provincial level that will better serve to solidify stronger ties with the public
  • Implementation of communication and marketing strategies to support Roshni Homes mission.
  • Develop corporate engagement for CSR initiatives.
  • Building stronger relationships with donors, professionals, and community foundations at the National/Provincial level in order to capitalize on solicitations of planned gifts and possible endowments
  • Develop liaisons with corporate organizations for the development of sponsors
  • Cold call potential donors and build relationships with them
  • To take up any special assignments, and duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Education & Expereience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field (preferably a Master’s degree).
  • 2-3 years of fundraising experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is also acceptable.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Sound knowledge of the charity sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other related software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gujranwala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
