Marketing & Branding Manager

2. Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Branding Manager who can manage and elevate the brand across:

  • Online platforms
  • Retail / offline presence
  • Product launches
  • Business solution marketing
  • Corporate and institutional positioning

This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, brand aesthetics, and marketing execution capability.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building Thoughtfinity into a strong, premium, and scalable brand.

3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Brand Strategy & Identity Management

  • Develop and refine brand positioning strategy
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines
  • Ensure visual and communication consistency across:
  • Website
  • Social media
  • Retail spaces
  • Packaging
  • Brochures and pitch decks
  • Maintain a premium and professional brand perception

B. Online Marketing & Digital Growth

  • Develop digital marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage lead generation funnels
  • Optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Oversee website and landing page communication

C. Offline & Retail Marketing

  • Plan retail visibility strategies
  • Develop in-store branding materials
  • Design offline promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and brand activations
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across physical locations

D. Product & Service Marketing

  • Create go-to-market strategies for:
  • Digital products
  • Technology solutions
  • Business services
  • Retail offerings
  • Define target customer segments
  • Develop value propositions
  • Plan product/service launches

E. Creative Direction & Content Oversight

  • Supervise creative assets (ads, posters, brochures, social creatives)
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers
  • Maintain high-quality design standards
  • Ensure messaging clarity and brand alignment

F. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track marketing KPIs
  • Measure digital and offline campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights

4. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/branding (technology or service industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Brand positioning
  • Digital marketing
  • Retail marketing concepts
  • Product marketing
  • Experience in both online and offline marketing preferred
  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory)

5. Preferred Technical Skills

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Marketing
  • Basic analytics tools
  • Canva / Adobe tools
  • Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM systems

7. Work Structure

  • Full-time role
  • 6 days per week

8. Compensation & Growth

  • ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & competency)
