Job Description:

Hourglass Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Lexington location. This role is ideal for a polished professional who understands both elevated branding and measurable growth — someone who can translate refinement and artistry into powerful marketing performance.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the voice, visibility, and growth of the Hourglass brand. You will drive client acquisition, strengthen retention, and elevate brand presence across all platforms while maintaining the sophistication and intentionality that defines the Hourglass experience.

This position requires both visionary thinking and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of luxury positioning, digital marketing strategy, and revenue-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and brand standards
  • Oversee and manage social media presence, ensuring cohesive messaging and elevated visual storytelling
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and membership initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with service launches and growth objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, SMS outreach, and client database segmentation
  • Coordinate content creation including photography, videography, and before-and-after storytelling
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all platforms
  • Support reputation management including reviews and online presence
  • Identify partnership and community collaboration opportunities
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect compliance with medical aesthetic guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven marketing experience required (medical aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and growth strategy
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in social media management and content planning
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Creative thinker with refined aesthetic sensibility
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Experience in medical spa or aesthetic marketing
  • Familiarity with Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, RepeatMD, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
