
Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and continuously refine the company Lead’s brand positioning; ensure consistency across all communication channels; safeguard brand identity and messaging.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Reading: Conduct structured market analysis; monitor industry trends, competitors, client sectors, and emerging opportunities; provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Visibility & Thought Leadership: Develop visibility strategies including events, partnerships, content marketing, and leadership positioning initiatives; ensure strong presence within target corporate segments.
- Digital Marketing Governance: Lead all digital marketing components including website management, SEO, social media strategy, email marketing, paid campaigns, and performance optimization.
- Content Strategy & Messaging: Oversee development of high-quality content aligned with brand positioning; ensure messaging consistency across proposals, campaigns, and external communication.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads aligned with commercial objectives; monitor campaign ROI.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting Systems: Develop structured dashboards covering brand metrics, digital performance, lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Sales to align campaigns with growth priorities; support commercial initiatives with strategic marketing input.
- Budget Governance: Manage marketing budget allocation; ensure cost-effectiveness and measurable return on marketing investments.
- Strong Brand Positioning: Clear differentiation of the company's Lead within the market with consistent brand identity.
- Increased Market Visibility: Measurable growth in brand reach, engagement, and industry presence.
- Qualified Lead Generation: Steady pipeline of marketing-generated leads aligned with target sectors.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field from a reputable university.
- 5-7 years of experience (preferably some in a managerial role).
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.
- Experience/exposure in Egypt + GCC markets.
- Experience building positioning for premium/high-ticket services.
