Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis (pricing, promotions, product launches, positioning)
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data
  • Prepare competitive benchmarking reports
  • Support product positioning and differentiation strategies
  • Assist in campaign planning based on competitor insights
  • Track competitor advertising across print, TV, radio, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather field intelligence
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential threats
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management
