MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The candidate will lead the marketing team, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, and offline marketing campaigns
  • Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to drive growth
  • Plan and execute branding, promotions, events, and advertising initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity across all channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must be currently located in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in managerial roles
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and traditional marketing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute campaigns effectively
  • Proficient in marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing in the GCC region
  • MBA or professional marketing certifications
  • Experience with e-commerce, content marketing, and PR strategies
