Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)

Length: 4+ Month Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation
  • Promo work
  • Speaker bureaus
  • Content and copy. Not necessarily digital. But it'll go all across different media, including email and sales aid work etc.
  • Present their own material to key stakeholders and leadership team
  • Special projects, could include a variety of things
  • Wants to develop this person, grow within the team
  • Interact with key functional partners - work with medical affairs, sales leadership team, etc. Will get exposure to many teams
  • Will travel with leadership team ~20% travel required
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, or Pardot, and or Hubspot
  • Possible projects to work with digital markers
  • Diagnostic / healthcare /biotech pharma, med device, primary care marketing experience


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content development, or promotional strategy within diagnostics, healthcare, biotech/pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Experience supporting conferences, and trade shows preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation across multiple channels, including email campaigns, sales enablement materials, promotional assets, and speaker bureau materials.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and media formats (not limited to digital).
  • Experience presenting materials and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and/or HubSpot.
