Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all marketing activities across our brands and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure our initiatives are aligned with our overall business goals. The individual must have a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage all marketing activities across the board brands we have, like Kloud7, MCG Technologies, and MCG Education.
  • Create and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and implement advertising campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and marketing trends to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Manage SEO and ensure our websites are optimized for search engines.
  • Analyze and report on Google Analytics data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies to promote our products or services.
  • Daily social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are in practice.
  • Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the team to ensure all campaigns are running smoothly.
  • Manage the production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, magazines, email campaigns, and other print materials.
  • Carry out webinars, blogs, podcasts, and demo videos to generate genuine traffic as well as create backlinks for the website.
  • Create and optimize written content for all marketing channels, including social media, email, and website copy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Measure, analyze, and report to the leadership on marketing programs and campaign performance against predetermined KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 6-7 years of experience in the Marketing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey marketing strategies, plans, and campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking and creativity to develop compelling marketing campaigns, messages, and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Market Research: Proficiency in market research techniques to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms, to drive online visibility and engagement.
  • Brand Management: Ability to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, measure campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
