Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Lead brand marketing and promotion for ANTA across the Middle East & Africa region.
  2. Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities (digital ads, retail campaigns, e-commerce platforms).
  3. Manage KOL/Influencer collaborations and social media to drive brand awareness and sales conversion.
  4. Develop and leverage local resources (malls, media, partners) to support business growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, optimizing ROI and campaign effectiveness.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of marketing experience.
  2. Experience in retail or sports brands is preferred.
  3. Strong hands-on execution ability, able to work independently without a team.
  4. Familiar with the Middle East market; local resources are a plus.
  5. Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  6. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
