The role in one line:
You own the full marketing output — from strategy to brief to campaign launch to result. You understand that in Pakistan's skincare market, trust is built before the sale, and community is built after it.
What you'll own:
-
Paid acquisition strategy — Meta Ads planning, campaign architecture, creative briefing, performance review. CAC and ROAS are your primary KPIs
-
Brand positioning — define and protect LumaLabs/Glowvé's voice and differentiation from competing brands like Dermive, Saeed Ghani, and imported alternatives
-
Campaign calendar — plan monthly campaigns aligned to product launches, seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid, summer), and growth milestones
-
Influencer marketing — identify, brief, negotiate, and track micro to mid-tier skincare influencers in Lahore and Karachi. Discount code and commission structure
-
Creative direction — brief content team on hooks, copy angle, visual direction for each campaign. Review before launch
-
Market intelligence — track competitor campaigns, pricing, and positioning. Monthly report to founder
-
Weekly performance reporting — CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate. Recommend kill/scale decisions with data
Requirements
Must have:
-
3+ years in performance marketing with proven Meta Ads experience
-
Experience running campaigns inside a brand — not just an agency
-
Comfortable reading ad data — not just boosting posts
-
Has planned and executed full campaign launches end to end
-
Understands Pakistan's digital consumer — COD mindset, trust barriers, Urdu/English bilingual content
-
Can describe a campaign they killed and why, and a campaign they scaled and how
Strong plus:
-
Has managed influencer campaigns from outreach to ROI reporting
-
Familiar with Klaviyo or any email automation platform
-
Experience with Google Ads as a secondary channel
-
Has worked specifically in skincare, beauty, or personal care
