Marketing Manager

Job description:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate brand growth. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach, creativity, and hands-on experience across SEO, social media, and website management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to improve search rankings and website visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing audience engagement.
  • Oversee website performance, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and management) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new market trends, tools, and growth opportunities to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Lead content planning, including blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials to support campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing communications.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when required.
  • Support lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and social media management.
  • Basic skills in website development and editing.
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office
  • preferred Male Candidates
