Marketing Manager

Location: Johar Town (ON-SITE)

Timing: 07PM - 04AM


About Us

We are a fast-growing Outsourcing company serving US-based Property Management clients. Our services include CRM automation (GHL), social media management, website development, SEO, content creation, paid campaigns, appointment setting, data scraping, creative production, and more.

We are now looking for a strong Marketing Operations Leader who can manage a 50 plus member team, streamline execution, improve client experience, and scale operations.

This is a leadership role — not a specialist position.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:


Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team
  • Structure departments with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Implement SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems
  • Drive performance, ownership, and productivity


Client Onboarding & Success

  • Lead discovery and onboarding calls with US clients
  • Define scope, timelines, and delivery plans
  • Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions
  • Improve client retention and satisfaction


Marketing Oversight

Oversee delivery of:

  • GHL (Go High Level) setup & automations
  • CRM and pipeline management
  • Social media & paid campaigns
  • Website & landing page development
  • SEO & content strategy
  • Graphics, video & creative production
  • Lead generation & appointment setting systems


Systems & Scaling

  • Build automation templates and scalable systems
  • Optimize internal communication and reporting
  • Develop training frameworks for team growth
  • Improve operational efficiency across departments


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 4-5 years in digital marketing (Agency experience required)
  • Experience handling US-based clients
  • Strong knowledge of CRM & automation (GHL preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients
  • Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
  • KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset
