As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and drive our marketing strategy across all business units.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth across our diverse portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a multi-disciplinary marketing team and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple business segments (retail & industrial).
  • Manage and lead a team of:
  • Digital Marketing Specialists
  • Social Media Specialist
  • Marketing Executive
  • Graphic Designer
  • Content Creator
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Drive brand positioning and awareness across all divisions.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and business units to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and communication across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Nationality: Preferably Arabic national
  • Location: Based in Qatar
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in retail, automotive, industrial equipment, or related sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/product lines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in multi-industry or holding group environments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
