Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all restaurant outlets. Role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and collaborating with operations and culinary teams to ensure effective promotion of menus, concepts, and seasonal offerings. Will also lead branding, and partnership efforts to strengthen the company’s market position in the highly competitive F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

2. Build, position, and maintain the brand identity across all restaurants/outlets.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

4. Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and digital campaigns to drive sales.

5. Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to launch new menus, products, or services.

6. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

7. Oversee the company’s digital presence including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising

8. Drive customer engagement through creative content, influencer collaborations, and targeted campaigns.

9. Track and optimize online performance using analytics and insights.

10. Manage media relations, press releases, and PR activities to strengthen the brand image.

11. Build partnerships with suppliers, event organizers, and community stakeholders.

12. Coordinate marketing activations, sponsorships, and events.

13. Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance guest experience.

14. Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

15. Monitor campaign ROI and prepare monthly performance reports for management.

16. Performs other duties assigned.

Qualification, Experience & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand building, and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of market trends in the F&B sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and marketing software.
