Marketing Manager – ADNOC / Oil & Gas HSE Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with strong background in ADNOC-approved training services and Oil & Gas HSE training industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in promoting safety training programs, generating corporate leads, and building strong relationships within ADNOC and related oil & gas companies in the UAE.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of HSE training market, ADNOC vendor requirements, and corporate client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for HSE and safety training programs
• Generate leads from ADNOC, oil & gas companies, and corporate clients
• Promote training courses such as NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, and HSE certifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC-approved companies
• Prepare marketing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the UAE training sector

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ADNOC / Oil & Gas training marketing
• Strong knowledge of HSE training industry in UAE
• Experience in corporate B2B sales and client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network within ADNOC or oil & gas sector
• Experience in promoting HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
• Knowledge of UAE training compliance and vendor systems
• Strong CRM and lead management skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
