Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and articulate Senior Account Manager to act as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, high-quality deliverables, and on-time project execution.

The ideal candidate is confident in managing high-profile clients, understands marketing and branding deeply, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams
• Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and allocate tasks effectively
• Monitor team performance and track KPIs
• Participate in building and executing marketing calendars and campaign plans
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Support in proposal creation, upselling, and client negotiations
• Handle high-profile clients with professionalism and confidence
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management within a marketing/creative agency
• Strong understanding of branding, social media, SEO, and content marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly articulate, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience dealing with high-profile clients
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in PR (Public Relations) is a plus
• Experience in client negotiations and upselling
• Marketing degree or similar field
• Project management certification is a plus
