Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new customers in automotive, industrial, electrical, and allied sectors.
- Explore new markets and applications for aluminium die cast components.
- Drive export sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key accounts.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers regarding technical and commercial discussions.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, customer demands, and growth areas.
- Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with NPD (New Product Development), Production, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of RFQs, quotations, and order execution.
- Revenue & Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and profitability.
- Branding & Promotion:
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Enhance company’s market visibility through digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Aluminium Die Casting (HPDC/LPDC/Gravity) processes and applications.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing in manufacturing/automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Pay: ₹11,286.10 - ₹32,884.87 per month
