Marketing Manager – Aluminium Die Casting

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and acquire new customers in automotive, industrial, electrical, and allied sectors.
  • Explore new markets and applications for aluminium die cast components.
  • Drive export sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key accounts.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers regarding technical and commercial discussions.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, customer demands, and growth areas.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with NPD (New Product Development), Production, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of RFQs, quotations, and order execution.
  • Revenue & Targets:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and profitability.
  • Branding & Promotion:
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Enhance company’s market visibility through digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Aluminium Die Casting (HPDC/LPDC/Gravity) processes and applications.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing in manufacturing/automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,286.10 - ₹32,884.87 per month
