Job Description – Marketing Manager (B2B – College Add-on Programs)

Position: Marketing Manager – B2B (College Engagement)
Location: Technovalley Campus, Kochi with frequent travel to colleges across Kerala and India
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: GM – Sales and Marketing

Role Overview
Technovalley is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager – B2B, who will be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with colleges and universities to implement Technovalley’s add-on programs. The role involves direct engagement with academic institutions, positioning Technovalley as the leading provider of global-standard IT skill programs, and driving admissions through institutional tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote Technovalley’s add-on programs across colleges.
  • Build strong relationships with college management, placement cells, and student associations.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions inside colleges to highlight Technovalley programs.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to design customized add-on programs for different institutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize institutional agreements for add-on programs.
  • Monitor and achieve admission targets through B2B engagement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design team to develop brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns.
  • Track performance of campaigns and submit periodic reports to management.
  • Represent Technovalley at education fairs, conferences, and academic summits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales, or academic partnerships.
  • Strong network and experience working with colleges and universities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving institutional collaborations and achieving targets.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple institutional relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,479.47 per month
