Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong background in the medical field to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that promote our healthcare services and medical offerings. The ideal candidate will leverage their medical knowledge and marketing expertise to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive patient inquiries and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the healthcare industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and patient needs.
• Create and oversee content marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and print media.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to produce accurate and engaging health-related information.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in healthcare marketing or related medical fields.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare services, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies within the medical sector.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• With Valid Driving License
• Transferable Visa with NOC
• Can Write/Read English and Arabic
• Arab Nationality / Female
