Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our factory-produced cookies, biscuits, and chocolate products across the UAE. The role requires strong FMCG marketing expertise, hands-on experience with UAE retail and distribution channels, and close coordination with sales, production, and distributors to drive brand growth and market penetration.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement pan-UAE marketing strategies for cookies, biscuits, and chocolate product lines.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning across modern trade, traditional trade.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize pricing, packaging, promotions.
  • Manage brand visibility and shelf presence across all Emirates.

Product Development & Launches

  • Plan and execute new product launches, flavor extensions, and seasonal or limited-edition products.
  • Define product portfolio and packaging formats suitable for different customer segments and channels.
  • Ensure all products and packaging comply with UAE food safety and labeling regulations.

Sales & Trade Marketing Support

  • Design and execute trade marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, displays, sampling, and merchandising.
  • Support distributor onboarding and activation across UAE regions.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars aligned with sales and production planning.

Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide marketing inputs for demand forecasting and production planning.
  • Monitor SKU performance, stock movement, and expiry risks.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for senior management.
  • Track KPIs such as market share growth, promotional effectiveness, and brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in food manufacturing (biscuits, cookies, chocolates).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE retail market, distributors, and trade channels.
  • Experience working closely with factory production and supply chain teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.

  • Hands-on experience in trade marketing and product launches
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
