As we expand our international footprint, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Global Sales to drive business growth and strengthen our presence across the US, UK, and European markets.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in towel industry marketing and exports, with a deep understanding of global market dynamics, B2B sales, and international client management. This position requires strategic thinking, solid industry knowledge, and a proven record of success in developing and managing global textile markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the US, UK, and European markets.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with international buyers, importers, and distributors.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Plan and lead promotional initiatives, trade fairs, and digital marketing campaigns targeting global buyers.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure products align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Prepare and evaluate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Ensure all export operations comply with international trade and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within the towel industry (mandatory).
• Strong professional network and market knowledge in US, UK, and European textile sectors.
• Demonstrated success in global marketing, B2B sales, and international negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business development skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
